My name is Samantha RodrÃguez and I am currently a student in the University of Puerto Rico in Humacao. I am studying to be an elementary English school teacher because it is my passion to effectively and creatively teach young children in the future. I also pertain to the University’s honor roll, which I find to properly represent the dedication, drive and interest I possess towards my career of choice. My goal for the remainder of my bachelor’s degree is to learn as much as possible to become the type of educator that I strive to be. In addition, I would like to mention that education means so much to me that I will definitely not stop here, I plan to continue and earn a doctorate’s degree. I know that this will prepare me that much more and will show to be of great benefit not only for myself but also for the children that I will soon teach.
